This website holds details of classes and activities available to puppies and older dogs and their families in and around Salisbury, Wiltshire.

All classes are small, all training methods are positive and are run in accordance with Association of Pet Dog Trainers code of practise.

All classes running as normal through August except for Bank Holiday Monday 29th August when the barn will be closed.There are no classes from Monday 5th September until Friday 9th September except Tuesday evening agility with Phil.

Doggie Olympics rescheduled for Sunday 2nd October

Next Monday Train and Maintain class is on 19th September at 6.45pm and will run weekly through Autumn and Winter. Last Gundog class this year is on 12th September at 6.45pm and will restart again in late Spring 2017. No classes Monday 29th August or Monday 5th September.

Gundog classes on alternate Mondays at 6.45pm are for anyone, does not need to be a gundog but it is gundog type exercises held outside in fenced in fields. Train and Maintain classes on the alternate Monday at 6.45pm concentrate on general good manners exercises and are held inside or outside depending on the weather.

Next set of agility workshops are running on Sunday 18th and 25th September from 10.30am to 12.30pm. These are for any new agility dogs over a year old who are fit, healthy and comfortable around other dogs. Once you have completed two workshops you can join regular weekly classes.

Next Beginner Basics course starting Saturday 15th October at 2.15pm

Next Outdoor Recall class is on Saturday 17th September at 1pm

Next Puppy agility is on Saturday 27th August. See below for eligibility details.

Saturday class times - Pup Agility and Outdoor Recall start at 1pm.

Regular Agility classes for dogs over one year are on summer times - Monday daytime, Tuesday evening and Saturday daytime.
These are for anyone who has completed two workshops at funfordogs - see below for dates of upcoming workshops.

Next sets of Agility workshops will be held on 18th and 25th September

Puppy Behaviour and Development Classes held at Avon Lodge Veterinary Centre, Stratford Road, Salisbury, Hampton Park Veterinary Centre, Sycamore Drive, Bishopdown Farm, Salisbury and Stonehenge Vets, Larkhill Road, Durrington are for young pups aged between 8 weeks and 16 weeks old, usually one week after first vaccination. No classes between 14th and 17th March.

Pup agility now running throughout the year on last Saturday in each month at 1pm.
Dogs aged six months to a year old. No jumping, but we will be teaching coordination, focus and flexibility as well as having fun with tunnels, tyres and planks.

Puppy Good Manners classes are held at Wagalot Barn, Pitton for young pups between 12 weeks and 20 weeks old. New courses starting regularly on Monday and Tuesday evenings, Friday mornings and Saturday afternoons. Pups older than 20 weeks can join a Beginner Basics course instead.

Our Wag And Tone e-book is all about exercises you can do with your dog, with or without music. Its aimed at any level of fitness of dog and owner and its suitable for individuals or training instructors too.
